Critical to any directory and review site is ease-of-use, not only for the public, but for vendors and admins too. We used our knowledge of the jReviews template system to turn simple user forms into full listings complete with google maps, vendor contact forms, and formatted contact information. This also allows admins to easily import hundreds of listings at a time from an Excel spreadsheet.

Another cool feature of this site is the advice forum powered by the Kunena forum system. Admins can set discussion categories, and then any registered user is free to post questions and offer advice as replies to other questions. The system will automatically email users when a reply is posted, bringing them right back to the website.
